3.What is ULTIMAL's shipping policy?
We ship worldwide with the following time frames:
Processing Time: 3-7 business days
Shipping Time: 5-20 business days (varies by location)

4. What is the return and exchange policy at ULTIMAL?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the unused item within 30 days of delivery. For more details, check our Return & Exchange Policy.
5. What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and free of wear or alteration.
Use a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return or exchange is processed.
For product defects or wrong items, ULTIMAL will cover shipping. For personal returns, shipping and tax fees are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Worn or damaged items, or items sent as replacements, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. How do refunds work?
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Are there any customs or import charges?
Depending on your country, you may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. However, some European countries may be exempt from customs duties through our IOSS tax number.
